On August 19-21, the Fab Forts Weekend will celebrate historic forts all across the country. The highlight of the weekend will be a coast-to-coast 100-gun salute. At 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 21, up to 20 of Canada’s national historic sites, including the Fort Langley National Historic Site will be firing a total of 100 shots to commemorate Parks Canada’s centennial, as well as a fur trade interpretation and farmers market.
