Please email my office at warawm@parl.gc.ca or fax the downloadable form to 604-534-5970 and briefly describe the activities of a person, group or business that has made a positive contribution to our environment, and tell us why you believe they are environmental heroes in Langley.

All submissions will go to a random draw for prizes.

You can nominate more than one person, group or business.
